At Your Astrologer, we aim to provide the best possible astrology services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Digital & Astrology Services (No Refund)
Due to the personalized and digital nature of astrology services:
❌ No refunds will be provided for:
Completed consultations
Generated Kundli / Birth charts
Astrology reports
Email or online consultations
Downloadable or delivered digital content
Once a service has started or a report has been generated, it is considered fulfilled.
2. Consultation Cancellation
a) User-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
b) Rescheduling
One-time rescheduling may be allowed based on availability
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance
3. Payment Failure or Duplicate Payment
Refunds may be issued if:
Payment is debited but service is not confirmed
Duplicate payment occurs due to technical issues
Such cases will be reviewed and refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
4. Service Not Delivered
If a paid service is not delivered due to:
Technical issues from our side
Unavailability of the astrologer without rescheduling
A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway or bank
6. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided if:
Incorrect birth details were submitted by the user
User changes their mind after service delivery
Dissatisfaction based on belief or expectations
Delay caused due to user unresponsiveness
